Deine Aufgaben

Prägung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des cplace Markenbilds und Corporate Designs.
Ideenreiche Beratung und Unterstützung bei zielgruppenorientierten, crossmedialen Marketingkampagnen.
Kreation und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Layout- und Kreativkonzepten.
Erstellung von visuellem Content in Form von Fotos, Grafiken und Illustrationen für Digital und Print (z.B. Website, Blog, Newsletter, Social Media, Anzeigen, Flyer).
Konzeption und Gestaltung von Branding-Maßnahmen für Events, einschließlich der Erstellung von Druckmaterialien sowie der finalen Reinzeichnung.
Projektbetreuung von internen Abstimmungen, Briefing bis hin zur Steuerung externer Dienstleister.
Erstellung von Vorlagen für einschlägige PowerPoint-Präsentationen für Sales, Management und Investor Relations.
Entwicklung von Storyboards sowie die Produktion von Animationen und Kurzfilmen für Social Media und anderen digitalen Plattformen.
Ausarbeitung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Nutzung von KI-Tools zur Optimierung von Designprozessen und kreativen Workflows.

Was wir erwarten

Studium/Ausbildung im Bereich Design, Grafik, Mediengestaltung o.ä. mit mind. 3-5 Jahren Berufserfahrung.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) und gute Kenntnisse in MS Office.
Kreativität, Leidenschaft, Gespür für Trends, Gestaltung und Typografie.
Umfassende Erfahrung in der Realisierung digitaler Projekte, einschließlich Kenntnisse in WordPress/HTML und Videobearbeitung.
Gespür für Motion Design und praktische Erfahrung in After Effects.
Weiterführende Kenntnisse im Bereich AI / Webdesign sind ein Plus.
Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, gründliche, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
Lust auf Arbeit in internationalem, hochmotiviertem Team mit flachen Hierarchien.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Your tasks

Shaping and continuous development of the cplace brand image and corporate design.
Creative consulting and support for target group-oriented, cross-media marketing campaigns.
Creation and successful implementation of layout and creative concepts.
Creation of visual content in the form of photos, graphics and illustrations for digital and print (e.g. website, blog, newsletter, social media, advertisements, flyers, trade fair stands).
Development and maintenance of a graphics and image database.
Creation of templates for relevant PowerPoint presentations for sales, management and investor relations.
Project support from internal coordination and briefing to the management of external service providers.

What we expect

University degree in design, graphics, media design or similar with at least 3-5 years of professional experience.
Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and good knowledge of MS Office.
Creativity, passion, flair for trends, design and typography.
High quality awareness, thorough, reliable and independent way of working.
Knowledge of WordPress/HTML or video editing an advantage.
Desire to work in an international, highly motivated team with flat hierarchies.
Good written and spoken German and English skills.
