Deine Aufgaben

Gestaltung des digitalen Arbeitsplatzes unserer Mitarbeitenden als crossfunktionale Schnittstelle mit dem IT-Team
Erste Kontaktperson für Kolleg:innen am Standort
Kontaktpflege mit Dienstleistern und Kunden sowie Betreuung der Kolleg:innen beim mobilen Arbeiten
Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung, Einrichtung und Bereitstellung von IT-Equipment für optimale Arbeitsbedingungen
Mitarbeit an Projekten und Übernahme von Routineaufgaben
Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Büroorganisation sowie eigenständige Übernahme kleinerer Teilprojekte

Was wir erwarten

Eingeschriebener Studierendenstatus an einer Universität oder Hochschule
Verbleibende Studiendauer von mindestens 2-3 Semestern
Technikaffinität
Kommunikationsstärke und Offenheit im Umgang mit Menschen
Sehr gute kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative sowie eine gewissenhafte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Interesse an der Arbeit in einem internationalen, hochmotivierten Team mit flachen Hierarchien und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your tasks

Design of the digital workplace for employees as a cross-functional interface with the IT team
Function as the primary contact person for colleagues on-site
Maintenance of contacts with service providers and customers, as well as support for colleagues in mobile working
Assistance with procurement, setup, and provision of IT equipment to ensure optimal working conditions
Participation in projects and handling of routine tasks
Ensuring smooth office organization and independent management of smaller sub-projects

What we expect

Enrollment as a student at a university or college
Remaining study duration of at least 2-3 semesters
Affinity for technology
Strong communication skills and openness in interacting with people
Excellent communication and organizational skills, initiative, and a conscientious and reliable working style
Interest in working in an international, highly motivated team with flat hierarchies and development opportunities
Business-fluent German and English skills
