Deine Aufgaben

Als Solution Architect bist du Teil unseres Departments „Consulting & Professional Services”. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, in Projekten kundenspezifische Lösungen mit unserer Softwareplattform cplace zu gestalten – und genau dafür brauchen wir dich! Du entwickelst innovative Projektmanagement Lösungen mit unserer No- und Low-Code-Plattform cplace für namhafte Unternehmen unterschiedlichster Branchen. Als zentrale Rolle im Projektteam übersetzt du komplexe Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Architekturen und begleitest diese bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.

Erfassung komplexer Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung der No- und Low-Code Lösungsarchitektur von cplace-Systemen
Fachliche Beratung unserer Kunden zu innovativem Lösungsdesign und optimaler cplace-Nutzung
Steuerung und Koordination der technischen Implementierung in agilen Projektteams
Integration von cplace in Kunden-IT-Landschaften und Vernetzung mit Enterprise-Systemen
Begleitung strategischer Pitches und Einfluss auf die Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform und unserer Services

Was wir erwarten

Abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundierter Erfahrung in IT-Beratung oder -Entwicklung
Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Einsatz von No-/Low-Code-Technologien und agiler Lösungsentwicklung
Ausgeprägte Kompetenz im Requirements Engineering und in der Kundenkommunikation auf Augenhöhe
Breites Domänenverständnis (z. B. Projekt- und Portfoliomanagement, ERP usw.)
Sicheres Auftreten in deutscher und englischer Sprache in komplexen Projektumgebungen

Your tasks

As a Solution Architect, you are responsible for the no- and low-code solution architecture as well as for managing the implementation of our cplace systems.
You will accompany various agile project teams at our customers, capture their complex requirements and develop ideas on how these can be optimally implemented in cplace.
To do this, you develop data models together with our solution consultants.
You estimate the specification and implementation efforts of solutions and determine the technology cut between no-code, low-code and, if necessary, pro-code.
You coordinate the technical tasks, prioritize their implementation within the development team and ensure the quality of the results.
You integrate cplace into the IT landscape of our customers, network it with other enterprise IT systems and thus enable cross-system workflows.
You are the first point of contact for technical issues between project management and operations, as well as the customer's specialist department and their IT organization.
Together with colleagues from our sales and marketing organization, you will support strategic pitches and complex projects.

What we expect

You have a degree in a computer science field and several years of professional experience in IT consulting or software development.
You have experience with no- and low-code platforms and agile solution design (rapid application engineering).
You have very good knowledge of at least one programming language and are familiar with relational data models as well as web technologies.
You have successfully developed and implemented complex software solutions and are proficient in the necessary agile development and management processes.
You are adept in requirement engineering methods and strong in discussing requirements directly with customers, understanding their challenges and implementing solutions.
You have strong technical and business knowledge in several domains (e.g. project management, ERP, etc.) and ideally know common enterprise software (e.g. Jira, SAP, ServiceNow) in detail.
We count on your business fluent German and English skills.
