Werkstudent (w/m/d) Sales Operations

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung des Sales Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft, insbesondere im Offer-, Order- und Contract Management.
Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kundendaten im CRM-Tool.
Erstellung von Reports und Präsentationen.
Durchführung interner Projekte wie Kundenzufriedenheitsumfragen oder Vorbereitungen für Sales Events.
Optimierung der Prozesse im Sales Team.
Betreuung des cplace E-Mail-Postfachs und Bearbeitung eingehender E-Mails.
Vertiefung der Kenntnisse über Software-Sales-Kampagnen im B2B-Bereich, Monitoring und Reporting.
Übernahme zusätzlicher Verantwortung mit Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb der Werkstudententätigkeit.

Was wir erwarten

Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule/Universität in einem Studiengang wie Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fach.
Idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrung im Vertrieb und in der Kundenbetreuung.
Begeisterung für vertriebliche Themen und Prozesse.
Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie starke Kundenorientierung.
IT- und Software-Affinität sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit, analytische Fähigkeiten und zielorientiertes Arbeiten.
Verfügbarkeit bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche, in den Semesterferien gerne mehr.

Your tasks

Support of the Sales Team in daily operations, particularly in offer, order, and contract management.
Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM tool.
Creation of reports and presentations.
Execution of internal projects such as customer satisfaction surveys or preparations for sales events.
Optimization of processes within the Sales Team.
Management of the cplace email inbox and processing of incoming emails.
Deepening of knowledge in B2B software sales campaigns, monitoring, and reporting.
Assumption of additional responsibilities with development opportunities within the working student position.

What we expect

Enrollment at a university in a degree program such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
Ideally, initial practical experience in sales and customer service.
Enthusiasm for sales topics and processes.
Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as a strong customer focus.
IT and software affinity as well as proficiency in MS Office.
Very good German and English skills.
Independence, initiative, reliability, analytical skills, and goal-oriented working style.
Availability of up to 20 hours per week, with more hours possible during semester breaks.
