Deine Aufgaben

Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf zur Entwicklung von kundenzentrierten Anwendungslösungen auf Basis unserer Enterprise-Software “cplace” und implementierst diese bei Konzernen und innovativen Champions des Mittelstands
Dabei leitest du den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus vom Pre-Sales über die Angebotserstellung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss
Als Teil unseres Consulting & Professional Service Teams berätst und unterstützt du unsere Kunden dabei, ihre vielfältigen Herausforderungen u.a. in den Bereichen Project Management, Product Development und Engineering mit „cplace“ abzubilden und zu überwinden
Hierzu steuerst und koordinierst du die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (z. B. Entwicklung, Marketing, Sales) sowie nach extern mit Kunden und cplace Partnern und leitest entsprechende Workshops und Labs
Du teilst deine Erkenntnisse aus deinen Projekten und lieferst dadurch wichtige Anregungen, um abteilungsübergreifende strategische cplace System- und Prozesslandschaften zu entwickeln
Last but not least: Du kümmerst dich um ein adäquates Projektcontrolling und reportest regelmäßig an das Management

Was wir erwarten

Insgesamt blickst du auf mind. 5 Jahre Projektleitungserfahrung in agilen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten idealweise im Bereich Enterprise Plattformen
Du bringst ein starkes inhaltliches Interesse an den verschiedenen Themenfeldern Project Management, Product Development und Engineering Collaboration mit und hast dafür ein ausgeprägtes technisches sowie prozessuales Verständnis
Für einen erfolgreichen Start bei uns brauchst du außerdem ein tiefgehendes Wissen zu klassischen und agilen Projektmanagementmethoden aus Theorie und Praxis. Zudem gelingt es dir, dieses Wissen fachlich und funktional in Lösungen rückzuführen
Des Weiteren verfügst du über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis über die Anforderungsbestimmungen von Enterprise-Softwarelösungen und setzt dieses gewinnbringend ein

Your tasks

You ensure a smooth project flow for the development of customer-centric application solutions based on our enterprise software "cplace" and implement it for large corporations and innovative medium-sized businesses
You manage the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales to proposal preparation and successful project completion
As part of our Consulting & Professional Service team, you will advise and support our customers in overcoming their diverse challenges in the areas of project management, product development and engineering, among others, with our software “cplace”
To achieve this, you manage and coordinate the collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. development, marketing, sales) as well as external stakeholders (e.g. customers, cplace partners) and lead corresponding workshops and labs
You share your project insights, thereby providing important input for the development of cross-departmental strategic "cplace" system- and process landscapes.
Last but not least: You ensure an adequate project controlling and report to management on a regular basis

What we expect

In total, you have at least 5 years of project management experience in agile software development projects, ideally in the area of enterprise platforms
You have a deep interest in various topics of project management, product development, and engineering collaboration, and have a strong technical and procedural understanding of these areas
For a successful start with us, you also need a solid understanding of classic and agile project management methods in theory and in practice. Furthermore, you are able to transfer this knowledge into solutions, both technically and functionally
Furthermore, you possess a strong understanding of the requirement specifications for enterprise software solutions and apply it profitably
We would appreciate it if you enjoy agile, project-oriented work and the development of modern software solutions as much as we do
You are a decisive and results-oriented person, and enjoy working in a highly motivated international team with plenty of room for your personal growth and development
Additionally, we are looking for proficiency in both German and English
