Senior Consultant (w/m/d) Projektmanagement-Software

Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Consultant für Projektmanagement-Software bist du der fachliche Ansprechpartner für unsere marktführenden cplace Premium Apps, insbesondere im Bereich „Collaborative Scheduling” und “Cross-Company Planning”.
Du berätst Unternehmen bei der Einführung und Anwendung unseres „Next Generation Projektmanagements“ auf Basis unserer Premium Apps und führst die Methodik des “Kollaborativen Projektmanagements” bei diesen ein.
In unterschiedlichen Formaten (remote, hybrid, vor Ort) moderierst du Workshops und führst Trainings bei unseren Kunden durch.
Im Rahmen unserer Kunden-Projekte analysierst du deren jeweilige Business-Anforderungen und setzt diese durch Konfiguration (No-/Low-Code) gemeinsam mit einem Implementierungsteam um.
Du agierst als fachlicher sowie methodischer Sparringpartner für unsere Business-Kunden und bist die Schnittstelle zur IT.
Darüber hinaus gestaltest du aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Shared Source Community rund um das Thema "Next Generation Project and Portfolio Management" mit.

Was wir erwarten

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT- / Software-Projektmanagement mit. 
Du hast Erfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung komplexer Projekte, vorzugsweise in der Produktentstehung und zeichnest dich durch deine hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Hands-On Mentalität aus.
Zusätzlich konntest du bereits Erfahrungen in der Einführung von Projektmanagement-Software oder in der Leitung von IT-Projekten sammeln. 
Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement (v.a. Methoden & Prozesse) und besitzt idealerweise entsprechende Zertifizierungen.
Außerdem begeisterst du dich für unterschiedliche Themen rund um Projekt- und Portfoliomanagement, insbesondere in den Bereichen Termin- und Ressourcenmanagement. 
Wir zählen auf deine verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Your tasks

As Senior Consultant for Project Management Software, you are the technical contact for our market-leading cplace Premium Apps, especially in the areas of collaborative and enterprise planning.
You advise companies on the introduction and use of our "Next Generation Project Management" based on our premium applications and implement the "Collaborative Project Management" methodology there.
You facilitate workshops in various formats (remote, hybrid, onsite) and conduct training sessions for our customers.
As part of our customer projects, you analyze the respective business requirements and implement them through configuration (no/low code) together with an implementation team.
You act as a technical and methodological sparring partner for our business customers and are the interface to IT.
Furthermore, you will actively shape the development of our shared source community around the topic of "Next Generation Project and Portfolio Management".

What we expect

You have a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification and at least 3 years of professional experience in IT/ software project management.
You have experience in planning and managing complex projects, preferably in product development, and have a strong customer focus and hands-on mentality.
In addition, you have experience implementing project management software or leading IT projects.
You have a strong knowledge of project management (especially methods and processes) and are ideally certified in this area.
You are also passionate about project and portfolio management topics, especially in the areas of scheduling and resource management.
We count on your business fluent German and English skills.
